Quantum Healing Program
My quantum healing program is designed to create profound, lasting transformation from the inside out. Through energy and frequency medicine, coaching, and practical behavior-based tools, you will learn how to maintain energetic stability and authentic alignment through the peaks and valleys life brings.
This work integrates ancient Egyptian wisdom, modern science, sacred geometry, frequency medicine, light language, and coaching. During these sessions, we start by discussing what is going on with you. I then gently guide you into a relaxed state using breathwork, frequency, and guided meditation so you can best receive the adjustments to your nano-subtle energetic template. I then gently guide you back into a fully awake state where we discuss what came up for you, and I assign your homeplay.
Together, we’ll work to stabilize your energy field into a more harmonic state, release what no longer serves you, and activate your natural capacity for wholeness and growth. True stabilization and transformation typically unfolds over a series of 6–12 sessions. During your energy assessment, I’ll tune into your energy/biofield to determine how many sessions will likely best support your personal healing journey and create a customized program package best suited for your unique path.
Following each session you will be provided a written session summary, any applicable supportive frequencies, and homeplay assignments to try on your own.

Spiritual and Life Coaching Program
My coaching goal is to help you learn how to find answers within yourself, rather than relying on others to “tell you” what to do, how to think, or who to be. I hold space for you to feel heard and seen without judgment, which can be deeply healing on its own. I also serve as a mirror, helping you see who you truly are at your core—something many of us struggle to access on our own. In these sessions, we dig deep to uncover the root causes of unwanted patterns or behaviors. Transformative healing takes work, and I will both challenge you and support you along the way.

Coaching supports conscious change and is best suited for those who are generally functional but feel stuck, unclear, or misaligned and who are willing to reflect, experiment, and take responsibility for their own growth and happiness. Coaching helps us better understand ourselves by examining patterns, beliefs, and mindset, and by learning how to shift behavior in ways that support who we want to be and how we want to show up in the world.
We also explore tools and techniques that support the changes you want to create. This includes, but is not limited to, retraining the nervous system, building mindfulness practices, and developing intuition and a deeper connection to spirit.
Following each session, you will receive written homeplay assignments to explore and practice between sessions.

Secondary Care Support Program
My Secondary Care Support Program is for individuals receiving treatment from a licensed healthcare provider for a serious and/or chronic condition. This program is highly customizable and is designed to energetically support the patient through their primary treatment. This kind of support can help reduce pain and anxiety and improve outcomes and mindset.
During these sessions, I work with your nano-subtle energetic template to activate your body's innate healing abilities and remove energetic blocks manifesting as resistance to treatment. I can also prepare your etheric body for surgery, which can help reduce the effects of trauma and shock to your system. Program length mirrors treatment and sessions can be fully remote (where we don't need to meet) when necessary.

This free 20-30 minute Energy Assessment is for those interested in my Virtual Quantum Healing or Secondary Care Support Programs. During this session, I gently tune into your energy field to identify where your system feels most destabilized. No healing work is done in this session—it’s simply an opportunity for you to gain clarity, experience a taste of how I work, and see if we are an aligned fit to move forward together. If it feels right, we will explore what a custom Quantum Healing or Secondary Care Program package would look like so you can make a decision without feeling pressured to commit.
