I work with my spirit guides to channel energy and my intuition guides me to provide what is needed in the moment. No two sessions are the same, but the shifts are real as we work together to align, balance, and stabilize your energy field.
The most observable energy I channel is Light Language. Light language is a kind of "universal" energy that comes through my hands and/or my vocal chords. The way it comes through for me varies, sometimes it's loud and guttural, sometimes it's quiet and whispery, sometimes it's melodic, and sometimes it's silent. I also work with Archangels, ancient Egyptian Aboukra, Reiki, and more.
All offerings are held virtually. Virtual sessions are just as powerful as in-person sessions thanks to quantum entanglement.
Cosmic Soul Attunement
This 1:1 session is designed to support you in clearing the noise and connecting more deeply to your own soul's wisdom - creating space for real shifts, clarity, expansion, and abundance.
Enjoy the benefits of energy clearing and protection, chord removal, releasing trapped emotions, sacred geometry stabilization, and chakra balancing. We will also work to build your toolkit with spiritual practices such as grounding, meditation, chakra system awareness, mindfulness practices, intuition development, and connection to your spirit team.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Sacred Temple Stabilization
Based on the Activator Healer-Coach model, these powerful 1:1 sessions are designed to help fully stabilize your energy field and activate your body's innate ability to self-heal. This approach utilizes the energetic pathways both inside and outside the body, the Egyptian 13-chakra system, sacred geometry, frequency medicine, and energetically correlated psychology to help you gain better insight into what is going on with you.
During each session, we begin by discussing what is currently unfolding for you. You are then gently guided into a relaxed state using breathwork, frequency, and guided meditation to support receptivity and integration as I assess your nano-subtle energetic template. Gentle energetic adjustments are based on the priorities identified in the assessment. You are then guided back to a fully awake state, where we reflect on what surfaced and discuss any insights. Homeplay is assigned to help incorporate practical, behavior-based tools and reflective practices to help you integrate the energetic work into daily life.
By supporting relaxation and internal coherence, meditative energy work can help the nervous system feel safer and more settled, which may support clearer perception, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of ease in the body.
Stabilization unfolds over 6-12 weekly sessions to support long-term clarity, energetic balance, and conscious realignment. Sessions are typically 75-90 minutes each.
